The stay cool handles are safe to use in an oven up to 500F. Metal utensils are safe for use on the non-stick surface and the pan is safe for use in the dishwasher. The inside depth of this covered stockpot is 5.9". The tempered see through glass lid features a handle that also is a vent for venting steam while cooking.
