| Customer Reviews: Correlle Teakettle April 5, 2010 Susie Clark-tenney (Minong, WI United States) Purchased this teapot for a housewarming gift for a friend. It was here in two days and it is adorable. Matches her new dishes and we both loved it.
Corelle Teapot February 8, 2009 Leeshipoo (Bergen County, NJ) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The teapot is very nice. Pretty design. The whistle sounds like a factory whistle.
Matches simple lines collection and boils water, thats all it does. February 4, 2009 gh1977 (Missouri, United States) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I looked through dozens and dozens of teakettles before settling on this one, the selling point being that it matches my simple lines collection, however, other than boiling water, it fails. The whistle, does not whistle. It might give a super faint whooooo sound once the water is rapidly boiling. When I open the valve (if the pot is more than 3/4 full), the boiling water shoots out, and when pouring, the water initially flows backwards down the neck all over the counter, no matter how I angle it or how slowly or quickly I start to pour. The size is great, it is large, it is solid, and looks pretty on my stove. I like the stout design, and the shiny black handle.
nice on the picture, but small. January 13, 2008 M. Makhnin (ny) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Nice looking one, in addition to your other simple line products. But kind of small. Plus came in broken.
Pretty, but useless July 8, 2010 Juliane Hammer The kettle looks very pretty, but it spills all over the place when I try to pour the water into the cup or teapot. It is not only annoying to have hot water all over the counter or stove, it is also dangerous. I will have to get another, better kettle. This one is a design failure.
