I just received this pan today. I ordered it mostly out of curiosity: if it works so well, why isn't everyone buying it? I still can't answer that question. I've used pretty much all the nonstick on the market, and THIS WORKS. It is extremely hard and slippery. In a year or so I'll know how it stands up to my crew, but it certainly is nothing like your "normal nonstick". I dropped some sticky dough onto the hot pan with no oil, and it just refused to stick. Browned nicely though: made a great Naan! I didn't really have to clean it, just rinsed it out.
If you have any foodies on your Christmas list, this is a great find. Reasonable price for a good tool.
