The saute pan has a mirror finish, a solid stainless steel riveted handle stick handle and a helper handle that stay cooler than other handles, drip-free pouring thanks to the tapered rim, and a tight-fitting flavor lock lid that seals in moisture and nutrients. The stainless steel cooking surface does not discolor, react with food, or alter flavors. The saute pan is oven safe to 550° F, and safe for the stovetop ( with the exception of induction ), broiler, freezer, and dishwasher. The cover is oven safe to 350° F.
