The saute pan provides consistent, even heat distribution along the base and side walls, and the snug stainless cover seals in moisture and nutrients. The pan's solid stainless steel riveted handles stay cooler than other handles, its rim is tapered for drip-free pouring, and the polished stainless steel cooking surface does not discolor, react with food, or alter flavors. The lid is oven safe to 350° F and the pan is oven safe to 500° F. The pan and lid are stovetop safe ( including induction ), broiler safe, and freezer safe. The saute pan and lid are dishwasher safe. Plastic, wood, and nylon utensils should be used. Limited lifetime warranty.
