Its nonstick cooking surface is reinforced with titanium for lasting food release, healthy cooking, and easy cleanup. The saute pan's exterior is dense, non-porous, and highly wear resistant. The solid stainless steel riveted handles stay cooler than other handles and the long handle features a convenient loop for ease of storage. The tempered glass cover allows you to view the food while you cook. The cover is oven safe to 350° F and the pan is oven safe to 500° F. The pan and cover are stove safe ( with the exception of induction ). They must be washed by hand and plastic, wood, or nylon utensils should be used. Limited lifetime warranty.
