This handy omelet pan allows you to cook right at the table. It's perfect for buffets or brunches where you need to cook serving after serving of omelets or burgers, warm appetizers, or sauté side dishes. When you plug in the pan, the surface automatically heats up; you have to unplug the pan to turn it off, which is a bit inconvenient. The built-in thermostat keeps the pan at a constant 325 degrees F--a bit too hot for keeping egg dishes warm without overcooking them, so transfer them to plates quickly. The nonstick surface cleans up in a jiffy; as with any nonstick pan, use only plastic or wooden utensils. --Shannon Borg
