I've had one for years and accidently threw it away. Was delighted to find it on the web, as I haven't seen it in the stores for a long time. Suggestion: Place a paper towel under the bacon while microwaving to ensure easy clean-up!

High quality Bacon Tray. This is the second purchase of this tray because the first one became brittle and cracked after more than fifteen years (that's a lot of cycles in the microwave and dishwasher). We liked it enough to buy the same model again. Other bacon trays lack the large capacity of this one.

This is a replacement for a bacon tray that went into a "black hole" at our home. This is easy to use, easy to clean and works like a charm. Great product. Would recommend this to anyone who wants the easy way of cooking bacon.
Good bacon from the microwave September 20, 2007

This is 4th or 5th of these that we've had, and we really like them. In fact we have 2 right now and when cooking bacon for the whole family we alternate trays to speed the process. The tray produces very good bacon, though you have to watch the time to avoid over-cooking (if in doubt just check & restart). Cooks 5-6 bacon strips at once. After your first batch you'll know the cooking time - can be anywhere from around 4-6 mins depending on your microwave and the thickness of the bacon. Cover with a paper towel while cooking, but it's still going to be a little messy.
