The Chef's Pan is a great addition for any kitchen. This 3 quart stainless steel Chef's Pan from MIU FRANCE has features that will impress any cook with its performance and durability. This pan is bowl shaped allowing the user to mix and stir with ease when making sauces or doing a stir-fry. High temperature silicone spatulas work great conforming to the curves sides. The bottom of the pan is a tri-ply construction which means there is a .5mm aluminum disc sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel. This allows for even heat distribution over the cooking surface. The pan can be used for any heat source including gas, electric, and induction. The outer side surface of the pan and lid are highly polished stainless steel. The handles offer a smooth round grip and are hollow round stainless steel welded to each pan in such a way as to limit heat transfer from the pan body to the handle making the handles "stay cool" as long as not placed directly over a burner. Stainless steel retains its beauty long after the beginning of the pan's use. Stainless is also the preferred cooking surface of many chef's because it does not absorb any food flavors and it easy to clean. This pan is 9.8 inches in diameter and 5.5 inches in height. This pan is dishwasher safe and offers a lifetime warranty under normal use.
