excellent--perfect for 2 June 6, 2007 David A. Smith 16 out of 16 found this review helpful
This pan is much thinner and lighter than, say, Calphalon commercial, but I've had no problem with food sticking. The size of the pan makes it a great mini-wok; it's 3" deep, 7" across the bottom, and 9 3/4" across the top. The bottom is flat, which I think is perfect if you want to saute onions, green peppers, etc. It has a clear glass lid with a good size handle. After years of cooking on a gas range, I now find myself cooking on one of those awful ceramic cooktops where you never know what the temp. is and things tend to boil over. Now when I cook rice--normally done in a 2 qt. pan, I use this pan because the 3 qt. size is more forgiving of boil overs. I hate ceramic/electic cooktops, but this pan makes them easier to live with. Anything you'd normally cook in a 2 qt saucepan you can cook in this pan and have a little margin for error. The 7" bottom is exactly the same size as the large burner on my ceramic cooktop. At just $30 this pan is a bargain, and I use it frequently. Get one. You'll like it.

SUPER pan February 17, 2008 quite the crow (Wingate, NC USA) This is a fabulous pan and I would highly recommend it. We own several of this style pan and love each one. The non-stick coating is superb and the size and shape of this particular pan is great.
Love My Pan July 28, 2008 Donna L. Shaw Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 3-Quart Chef's Pan with CoverThe best all around pan you can have in your kitchen.
"Wok This Way, I'm talking this way" August 19, 2008 J.J.A. (Moorpark, CA USA) Being of Asian background, I do a lot of stir frying; that is why I enjoy any deep type frying pans/woks. I also ordered the 4-quart wok and the 13 inch wide large wok (all w/glass lids to see through and make sure the veggies don't get over-cooked!) Nothing sticks to the hard-anodized bottoms. My only wish are the handles could use some kind of insulation, like rubber and/or plastic - gets very hot; pot holders a must! My Cuisinart set all have insulated handles. Other than that, I love cooking in all of them - even replaced my aluminum oriental wok that I bought in an Asian market.
