This classic baking dish from Le Creuset is both durable and beautiful. Made from stoneware fired above 2100 degrees F for the ultimate in strength, then coated with hard enamel, the dish is superb at resisting scratching, chipping, staining, odor absorption, and cracking. The stoneware goes from refrigerator or freezer to microwave or oven to serving at the table with the aid of two sure-grip carry handles, and can even be used under the broiler.
