The French White series of bakeware has an updated fluted exterior and is a versatile vanilla white color that matches any dinnerware and kitchen décor. This 15-ounce oval dish measures 7-1/2 by 5 inches and is sized perfectly for baking and serving single entrees or gratins, storing leftovers for one, or freezing individual meals for later. Made of stoneware, this dish is safe to move among the oven, microwave, and freezer and will not experience any cracking with temperature changes. The plastic cover has a self-sealing gasket along its edge to keep food fresher while being stored in the refrigerator or freezer. The cover is also safe for use when reheating food in the microwave. Both the dish and lid are dishwasher-safe (top rack only for the lid) and are designed to clean easily without trapping any food residue.
