This set includes both 1.4 quart and 2.2 quart saucepans with vented tempered clear glass lids, both 8" and 10" fry pans, an 8.5 quart stockpot with vented tempered clear glass lid, and a 3.2 quart sautepan with a vented tempered clear glass lid (fits 10" fry pan). The non-stick surface will not peel, crack, or blister and provides perfect heat distribution for cooking meals containing less fat. The pans are made from a 6mm thick pressure cast aluminum which has a perfectly flat base for use on all ceramic, gas, and electric cook tops. The stay cool handles are ergonomically designed and is safe to use in an oven up to 500F. Metal utensils are safe for use on the non-stick surface and the pan is safe for use in the dishwasher.
